Business & Scope

Catcore Lab is the education brand operated by Catcore Solutions. These terms apply to our website, course enrollment, live online training and related digital learning resources.

Before enrolling, review the selected course description, schedule, fee, requirements and included resources. The details advertised for your purchased course form part of your enrollment.

Enrollment & Payments

Provide accurate registration and contact information and complete the required email and payment verification. Enrollment and access are confirmed after your payment and registration are verified.

Course fees and checkout amounts are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The amount and payment options shown for your selected course at enrollment apply. Retain your enrollment confirmation and transaction reference.

If money is deducted but enrollment is not confirmed, contact us with your transaction reference and payment proof. Never share your card PIN, CVV, OTP or account password with our support team.

Classes, Recordings & Resources

Classes are delivered online according to the advertised course schedule. Access instructions are shared with confirmed students using their registered contact details.

Recordings, learning resources and other benefits are provided where included in the purchased course, with access as advertised for that enrollment. Students should arrange a suitable device, reliable internet connection and any tools specified in the course description.

Individual classes may be rescheduled with students notified and the purchased training delivered. Course cancellation or material schedule changes are handled under our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Student Responsibilities & Course Materials

Keep your contact information current, protect your login details, and participate respectfully. Do not disrupt classes, harass other participants or use our learning services for unlawful activities.

Course materials are provided for your personal learning. Do not share account access, resell materials or publicly redistribute recordings or protected content without permission. Ownership of your own original work remains yours.

Learning Outcomes & Certificates

Learning outcomes depend on participation, practice, prior experience and other circumstances. Course enrollment does not guarantee employment, clients, income or business results.

Eligible graduates receive the certificate described for their course. Any completion or assessment requirements must be communicated for that course; payment alone does not establish eligibility.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellation

Once payment is received and enrollment is confirmed, voluntary cancellation, change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, missed classes or non-completion do not normally qualify for a refund, subject to the exceptions in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Physical returns do not apply to digitally delivered courses. Our refund policy covers merchant cancellation, material schedule changes, undelivered training, verified duplicate or excess payments, and access or delivery issues.

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7–10 working days after verification and receipt of required information. Read the full Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for eligibility and processing details.

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is collected, stored and used. Please read it before providing personal information or enrolling.

Updates to These Terms

We may publish updated terms with a revised effective date. Updates apply to future enrollments. For an existing paid enrollment, the terms and advertised course details accepted at enrollment continue to apply unless a change is agreed with you or required by applicable law.
